Good luck getting your subscription from Coolmags!

I ordered and paid for an annual subscription of the Interesting magazine. The subscription began on 1 August 2021. I had to email to find out why I hadn't received the first delivery. Someone got in contact with me and delivered August until November of the magazines. After that, still no regular month end delivery. I ended up calling their offices and an Amanda Potgieter said she would assist me and ensure delivery. We're in April of 2022 and I still have not received another delivery. I regret subscribing and urge you to reconsider. The magazines are wonderful, such a pity they have chosen such a terrible service provider to handle their subscriptions.

I am lost now as to what I should do!?
