<div>Ordered 2 x 2 door under counter bar fridges from Coolline International, a local refrigeration company based in Pretoria, South Africa. Paid in advance for quick delivery, have now waited over 9 months, with no delivery or refund. Managers were not contactable, unresponsive and when I finally got responses, there were endless excuses, endless promises, 12 failed committed deadlines. They offered loan units but their units never cooled below 8 degrees and were very very noisy. They also had no way it switching off from front. I finally managed to track down CFO after threatening to submit poor reviews, but again, despite agreeing to refund, never delivered. Only response was that I should not complain for non delivery and her poor staff performance, as “Rich people should count their blessings” what has wealth got to do with non delivery and zero refunds?</div>
