I was not happy with the product I ordered, as it was identical to a cheaper version by another retailer, which I had bought from that retailer and had experience with. (I ordered 2 sets to get to the free delivery minimum.) So I asked if I could return it and rather order the more expensive item he offered, which I had bought from him and had experience with. I had to hear that the free delivery was a promotion, so if I returned the products he would first have to deduct the delivery fee. and then I would need to pay for the new products to be dispatched, and I would need to pay for the return courier. So my R 500 purchase would incur a R 300 "penalty" and I would then obviously have to pay in the difference. I found this to be very much against the experience with other online stores who recognize that buying online is uncertain at it's best. So, be aware, this business is NOT keen to accept returns if you are not happy with the product. And the product is identical to a cheaper product on Takelot.
