So guys Please be very careful who you use today, and I would not recomend using the Cooling Boys

I got Cooling Boys to give me a Quote on repairing and Servicing my Air conditioners at my house in Umhlanga, they came in and took one of my Air conditioners away, saying they will repair it at their workshop. They then send me a Quote for the Repairs, telling me there multiple things wrong that had to be replaced, I agreed to the quote, they sent me an Invoice which I paid 50% of back on the 13/05/2019. After numerous calls to them asking when they were going to come install the Air conditioner, they sent someone, who drilled a massive hole in my wall, then left and never to be seen again. So when I eventually got hold of them to find out when they are going to come complete the job, the Owner Abused and swore at me over the Phone saying I must first pay the Invoice in full before he does any work, and if I dont pay it in full, then I can go F#*K myself. So I guess I wont be getting my Air conditioner back, nor will it get fitted, if thats their attitude, then Im sure if I pay, that will be the last I ever see my money and my Air conditioner.
