Terrible service

Terrible experience. Technician installed the airconditioner skew and when we tried to put it on, all the water came out at the bottom. Leaving us with a very wet wall as well. Tried arranging with Mike - the owner - to get someone to come and look at it - he ignored my calls. Don’t use.
