Aggression and Rude take money and run...
<p>Rashata brokers was very quick to install my airconditioner and very quick to quote on moving the device but when they got here the R800 they quoted was not acceptable and eventually demanded R2400 for the work so I told them to leave it. </p> <p>They then agreed to R1200 for the work but rather than completing the job they just pulled it off the wall placed it on the ground, took off the brackets and left them on the ground and no trunking where the additional extension is. </p> <p>Mike promised me after the technicians were aggressive with me and him that I should please pay them even though the job is not complete and he would send someone to finish the job! Now he simply ignores my emails and calls, no where to be seen!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>now I have a unit with no trunkibg and standing free on the ground for the kids to play with and stick things into the unit to damage it!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Please don't use them, they were very aggressive when I wanted the job the way the midstream HOA wants it as they do not agree it's necessary and proceeded to threaten my wife and family until I got them removed from the premesis. </p> <p> </p> <p>Mike Coolingair Rashata brokers ********** 060</p>
