Outstanding customer service

<p>I have three pet beds extra large for my dogs made by Coolaroo. The one bed the whole frame bent and went out of shape not soon after I had purchased it. I contacted Cate-Lyn from Coolaroo explaining what happened and not even 72 hours I received a new frame for the bed via Courier It. I have never come across such fast customer service and will recommend them to anyone I know that is looking for a petbed. Thank you for the fast reponse to my email as well as replacing the bed frame.</p>
