A fresh friendly approach great courtesy

We purchased a 2 products from Coolaroo that were pet beds, which was just over a year . The product has a 5 year warranty however we found that it was not working as intended.<br> <br> I contacted the company and they had given us a solution to the problem but without hesitation or being disgruntled the company sales director gave us almost immediate response even though he was in a foreign country. to our surprise he even shipped a brand new bed for our pet to have . my family and i were really humbled by this kind gesture from Coolaroo and believe that this company has a fantastic attitude towards customer service.<br> <br> Thank you Coolaroo
