Do not use ****MED RESHAD HOOSEN for aircons!!!

Do not use Coolaaaz air conditioning. Dealt with Reshad Hoosen, who assured us that he will be installing 9 aircons in our flat. However he demanded the full funds, I refused to give him the full amount and we agreed on 50% down and the balance on completion. We paid him the amount of R24750. We kept on communicating with him and he kept giving us excuses that his supplier contact doesn't have the aircons yet as we ordered inverter units. After several calls and texts, he eventually left 2 aircons at the property but did not install.Weeks went by and we called everyday. He did not answer calls and only sent whatsapp messages with more excuses, after threatening legal action, he came and installed the 2 aircons that he left at home and assured us that he would be installing another 2. After several failed attempts to contact him, we cannot get a hold of him and the address on his invoice is incorrect.He keeps saying that his supplier ran away with the money and he can't get a hold of him. We explained to him that as a customer, the dealing between his supplier and him has nothing to do with us and that we need the balance of our money back. Till today he has not returned the balance of R13000 and does not take our calls or respond to our messages. We contacted his son Azhar Hoosen and he was also of no help to us and he keeps saying he will pass the message to his father... We are in the process of opening a ******** charge against him. Please do not use this man as he is a ******* and a *****. He doesn't have an ounce of professionalism or dignity for a business man..... BEWARE DO NOT USE RESHAD HOOSEN FOR AIR CONDITIONING
