Pathetic after service

We installed 6 units with these guys, they hound is for payment which is fine we paid, they came in to service the ones they installed a year ago, now the one stopped working, they insisted for payment but we were trying to see of we could get the one working on the interim, we have WhatsApp msgs where they threaten us with police, yet now we try to contact them about our aircon not working, they ignore our calls, the after sales service is pathetic, their behaviour on WhatsApp is disgusting, we have 2 little kids who can not sleep at night due to the heat, They people should not be used as they will will hound you to pay but when you have a problem they ignore you, they talk down to their clients when you tell them you have a problem. They coming across as ****mers,DO NOT USE THESE GUYS
