R400 and 4 ignored emails later...

<p>I purchased a soft toy from Cool Stuff Emporium on the 17th October 2016, almost one month ago. It cost me R400, which I was happy to part with. However, since then, I have received nothing but a generic automated response to every email, each of which promises to get in touch as soon as possible, and yet, I have heard nothing. On top of this, I have yet to be told that the item has been dispatched and is on its way. I purchased it almost a month ago in the hopes that it would arrive in time for a baby shower I am attending this coming weekend. Given the shipping was estimated to take 3-5 weeks, I assumed I would have enough time or at least tell my friend and mom-to-be when she could expect her gift; yet I have nothing. No email saying it has been dispatched, no response to my numerous emails asking whether it has even been sent, no response to my queries regarding a refund, nothing. </p>
