In July this year, I ordered various clothing items from the website www.coolstuff2go4.com. Payment was made via Payfast. The parcel sent to me directly from China eventually arrived at the end of September which had to be collected from the post office. A customs charge had to be paid in order to get the parcel. In the parcel was only one item of clothing which I had not ordered and cannot use. None of the items I had purchased were included. I have sent several requests over the past few weeks via direct e-mail (info@coolstuff2go4) as well as through the website, for them to rectify the error and to refund me my money. Too date I have had no response from them and doubt that I ever will. I am now sitting with one item of clothing which does not fit and am out of pocket of the R1300.00 I paid for the order placed. I caution everyone out there to do any transaction with this online platform.
