Best service...highly recommended aircon supplier!

My husband and I purchased a Samsung Inverter air-conditioner last year from Cool Solutions and when winter arrived this year we found that our unit was making strange vibrating and pressure building noises when switched over to heating, we contacted Cool Solutions who very promptly came the same day. Unfortunately the unit kept giving problems after trying several times to re-gas the unit, the unit was replaced completely today with no questions asked and a friendly attitude. I highly doubt I would have received such good service from an alternative supplier! Thank you so much Craig for still focusing on excellent customer service where other suppliers lack immensely!!
