Aircon installers BAD after sales service.

Cool kruger aircons, a registered company with no WEB site or email address. They work via Whatsapp, they are installers that charge a very affordable price to by and install aircons. They installed an Alaska inverter aircon 18000 BTU. The installation went well and and the unit work. I was very happy. The aircon leaked water from the beginning and they fixed their installation, but the aircon had a faint ticking noise that became louder then softer over time. This proved to be very annoying at night when trying to sleep. I contacted them again and they committed to fix the installation twice now they never come, ghosts me every time without notification then leaves you waiting on them for hours.
