Good morning, i would just like to take this opportunity to give a huge thanks to Both Cool Ideas, internet service provider, and there partner Vuma.

I recently had my internet go down in 10th Street Parhurst. After making a service call to Cool Ideas ( who identified the issue to be the fibre after testing from there side ), the assistant logged a call with Vuma, and mentioned it would take a day for them to respond. Well, only 3 hours later, Vuma / Brighton tech guys arrived at my door ready to diagnose. With there super sophisticated equipment they identified the issue to be at the junction box on the street, and told me it was probably ants that broke the line. 100 % spot on. We opened the box and the spliced the connection with there very cool mobile splicing machine ( so cool 😎 ). Sorted , reconnected !!
