worst online shop

Don't wast your money, there protects is nothing like what they advertise , the will never answer there phone , only respond to emails , on December 22nd. I ordered what it shows as a Planetarium - Starry sky projector the next and less than 12 hours of ordering I tried to cancel but the would not answer there phone so I waited few days but I didn't hear from them so on the 27th I send them an email the responded "Unfortunately, the order has already been processed.Cancellation/modification is no longer allowed." and on the 31st the send an email saying the order is on the way and gave me a tracking number, i checked several times in deterrent days but it seemed that the only had created a taking number or the order but they had not dent it in for mailing . so I send the an email on Jan 9th asking for a refund but no luck finally on Feb 14th the item i ordered arrived, but it wasn't as they displayed and showed on there adverti*****t. it is not assembled and need to be put together its only parts. keep on mined this is an electronic item a projector
