Never got my item

Worst company ever. It has been over two weeks since I placed my order. This is supposed to be a gift for someone and unfortunately it has not come yet and not sure it will. The site still has not been updated to say it was shipped. I have sent several emails and have called a few time (which goes straight to a voicemail) but no response. I have went ahead and bought the same item from a different company which I have already gotten. I have also contacted my card company and asked for them to investigate for me. I will never order from this company again.
