Bad Company-Don't Waste Your Money!

STAY AWAY!! I ordered something from this company the first week of December. It never shipped. They never communicated that there were delays. They didn't respond to my emails. This was a Christmas gift so I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. They said they could not do it because it was already in " processing ". Do not do business with this company.
