ALL a Lie!!!!

Worst people. I can't even call them a company!!!!! I received the wrong item, I contact them by email, they don't even have a costumer service phone number. I had to pay for shipping the return and I received the package back because the mailbox is closed (company don't have the box). After all that, they don't respond my emails. I look for reviews on the company and people have the same complains. That means CoolGearHQ know they are not given truth information, all lies. My bad for not investigate before. Plus, merchandise materials are very cheap, merchandise is not the same as they picture.
