Shocking petty employee

So here is the thing. I took out a loan. Got into trouble. Made affordable payments until the last outstanding payment last month. I was in quarentine for 3 weeks last month. I duly notified them that I could not pay this last installment but will settle this month. Since then I have been bombarded with snotty emails and sms. Even after respectfully request to desist with the harassment someone there is continuing to send me snotty emails. This is not helpful. Hense I told him/her to f*** o** and hand me over. Why are you being so vindictive. It's ********* and disgusting. I am not your child. I am your client. Your paymaster. Stay clear
