What a pleasure to deal with cool cycle.

I was advised by another company that one of my units needed to be replaced, however after cool cycle came through to quote me me on a new unit, they told me that only a part needed replacing on the old aircon and not the whole unit. You don't see this often with companies out there as they want to make as much money out of you as possible.

I was also offered a few different affordable options on the new air con i wanted installed in the lounge to suit my (mid level) budget.

Finally they communicated well and kept me informed of what was happening with my installation all the way.

Can only recommend and wish them well in their future business.
