DO NOT BUY AIRCONS FROM COOL CYCLE

This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. They were quick to provide a quote and quote lower than competitors in the market. They messed us around when it came to installation and were never on time and did not complete installation in the time estimated for completion. they did no measure when fitting the outdoor unit and drilled holes in my wall unnecessarily. while installing they broke a fixture on my curtain rail and left it there broken without saying anything. when the job was complete they invoiced me R1000.00 higher than agreed in the initial quote. after a lot of debating and deliberation I decided to pay the higher amount in good faith. A week later I noticed the heat function on one of the aircons are not working I notified them and they made an appointment to come through they never came and sent a message rescheduling they didn't pitch for that appointment either. I now have aircons that don't work and cool cycle won't take my calls or reply to my whatsapp messages. My next option is to this up with a Lawyer. So I would advise anyone thinking of using this company not to don't put yourself through this just use another company with a better reputation. On the 18th of September Cool Cycle came through and repaired the aircon after this was posted.
