Incomplete Job and ************

Frank, the owner, and his team basically stole R1 200. I paid two workers to fix my washing machine which I realized later to not be fixed. I later saw that they replaced the pump (this was not the issue) with a cheap second hand part and kept my 3 month old pump part.

I have phoned and whatsapped Frank to get an answer or the workers to come back but to no avail. Frank is impossible to get a hold of and when you do he acts all nice on the phone and promises solutions. All empty promises.

This business is clearly a bunch of ************.

To be honest, I could have avoided this by being more alert and reading another existing Hellopeter comment on this company. I urge others to not fall for this ******* business
