Cool Cats Repairs - Do not use

On the 14 June 2020 Cool Cats came out and gave me quote for my dishwasher, firstly I think he ripped me off, but I really needed it fixed. Frank the repair guy said that he needs to take the machine away and will return it the next day and will cost R2700.

The next day he send me a message saying that I need to pay him in cash, he lost he bank card, my reply was that I cannot draw that much cash and will do an EFT. A whole lots of back and forth messages he came and dropped the machine and I did the transfer into their bank account.

They switched the machine on while they were here and it did a full cycle. 3 weeks later and I have the same error which they had to fix. I have contacted them several times, no response, I called no response, I have left a message on their site, which is now no longer available, I left a message on Facebook which I can see they read but failed to respond.

Everyone, be aware and do not use these guys, I will be seeking legal advise on this.
