Not so cool body sculpt

I booked a cool body sculpt session with Leneesha from Cool Body Sculpt for Friday 2 October 2015. The company advertises as operating out of the spa in the Westin Hotel in Cape Town. The morning of my appointment Leneesha sent me a text message saying the spa was closed for renovations and she would meet me at room 309 in the hotel. The room was just a normal hotel room, with the equipment laid out next to a bed. Besides the whole experience feeling completely unprofessional (as well as the fact that it did not work in the slightest), Leneesha said at the time that she was unable to provide me with a receipt, but that she would email it to me. This has still not happened despite numerous texts, emails and phone calls to various people (including the Westin Spa) from my side. It has left me feeling as if it is a complete ****. At the very least, I would like a receipt.
