Unprofessional & Poor Service by [URL Removed]

I contacted this aircon service business on the 11th February, to request for my aircon to be serviced on the weekend of 14th February. They requested me to send them an e-mail on the same day, which I did. On Monday the 16th I contacted their offices to complain that no one has contacted me since the 11th, a lady advised me that she will get someone to call me back.<br> No one called me back, 7 days later by the 18th February, I had not been contacted at all, at this point I emailed them again complaining about the poor service.<br> I guy then called me telling me that they are very busy and that they will come and service my aircon over the weekend 21st February. <br> Needless to say they never came, and they never called to advise me that they wont make it. <br> <br> Today the 24th February, still no word from them. Extremely unprofessional business conduct and poor client service. People who are looking to hire these guys, please beware. <br>
