Cake order not honoured

<p>I ordered a cake on the 01 June 2016 for my sons 18th birthday party for the 11 June 2016, and confirmed that delivery on the 09 June 2016 that the cake would be delivered arround 10am on the 11 June 2016. THis company did not deliver the cake. They had my cell number and did not even call me to tell me they could not do this order. An email was sent by this company to say they could not forefill the order at 1:15, how was I supposed to arrange another cake, so we had his birthday without a cake. An 18th birthday is a special event and we were let down by this company.</p> <p> </p>
