Cooki pals terrible service

These people are ****mers they take your money and then don't deliver. They lie and say they pudo'd my package and shared a screenshot but i haven't received a tracking number or any further feedback. And she confirmed it was out for same day delivery?! Still havent heard or received anything and they are not answering my messages.
