Exceptional Service - Putting a worried mind at ease.

<p>I have heard horror stories about insurance companies that refuse to pay out, brokers that do not explain your cover and processes, and often the consumer is left unaware of their positions and are vulnerable to costs they had not planned for.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now as much as it is the duty of the insurer or broker to explain to you fully what your cover entails and provide you with adequate advice of what cover you require, it is also your duty as a customer to be knowledgeable about your cover. This is where my husband and I failed we were satisfied that we were covered and after two years of having the cover frankly we had forgotten what our broker had advised us on.</p> <p> </p> <p>So this morning to put my mind at ease I sent a short email to my insurance brokerage. This was followed shortly with a curtesy call from my broker Sarah Tomlinson. Sarah explained in detail to me my cover and was patient and tolerant of all my questions and scenarios that I posed to her, putting all my doubts and fears to rest.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so grateful that Ms Tomlinson took the time to explain this to me as opposed to send paperwork my way.
