Excellant Service

I have been a client of this broker for over 20 years and have always received excellant service. I am a private individual but have over the years been treated as a truly blue chip client. The staff members are professional and treat clients with respect and have clients interest at heart. Recently I purchased a new vehicle and consulted with Ava Riley late on a Friday afternoon, the dealership indicated that delivery may be possible on the Saturday morning. Within 15 minutes Ava arranged insurance on the new vehicle and termination on the old vehicle which I traded in. This has been my experience over all these years changes, claims and amendments are dealt with quickly. One also receive regular communication and feedback on changes within the industry which enlightens clients. They even advise clients of emergency arrangements when needed, like when they have load shedding and now with the virus. Can recommend them without any hesitation.
