Very disappointed customer

Haven’t received my refund that they promised would reflect on my account by the 14nth of this month , what ****es me off the most is that I’m the one who has to use my airtime to call them time and again . I Regret the day I met their sales person . I’ve moved in to my new places and am with our pots and they are keeping my money . I would not recommend them to anyone
