Very bad customer service and they lie to customers

I bought pots for my mom a couple of weeks ago,paid R8999 cash and they said they pots are not R8999 as advised but R8300. I am still waiting for my refund until this day. I am being taken from pillar to post. Not only that after paying there were also run arounds about my order not being captured. Don’t ever buy from these people go to Verimark or home choice
