Unprofessional marketing employees

I am so disappointed by cook4life representative called Sandile. He came and do pleasing presentations at work. I was intrested in buying the product worth R8000. He promised that after 1st installment cook4life will deliver. 1st installment went through on November 15 proof of payment sent and he promised to arrange delivery. He *****s on behalf of the company asking for extra cash to a specific account for early delivery and additionals. Up until today 18 January 2022 no delivery and when I tried to call him, he is calling him self a manager of cook4life and claim his is no longer working for the company whereas he is playing statuses on WhatsApp. I am so disappointed with this company for having unprofessional marketing. I won't recommend it to anybody and have canceled all the orders I have made
