Unhappy customer

I’m very disappointed about this I place an order in June to Snenhlanhla Gumede their agent and I pay a full amount in July and they say the pot is out of stock I will get it in November and I told them that it’s too far I can’t wait for that they must give me a refund so that I can buy it somewhere else till today they didn’t give me a refund and they ignoring my calls and emails I need a refund as soon as possible if they still don’t have this pot by the end of this week I’m very very disappointed and upset with them sham they don’t know how to do a business.
