Terrible Service

<p>It's been 7 weeks since I have been waiting for the Cook 4Life. The same company that promised that they deliver within 3 weeks after payment. I contacted their support 2 times last week with no help. The last lady I spoke to last week Thursday promised to get someone from the department that dispatches the deliveries to contact me back as she also can see that the instalment was made on the 15 of July and still I had not received nothing. I am starting to regret ever getting into business with this company as there is not even one person taking responsibility but have no issues reminding me each time of my next due instalment. Your service as a company is appalling.</p>
