Refund taking long

In July 2021 I placed an order through one of ccok4life representatives with order number SCH***CR. I was promised it will be delivered to my house. It was never delivered. However a debit order started going off my account in Sept 2021, I emailed them asking for cancelation and refund of my money. I was promised the deal has been canceled, I must wait for 60 days to be refunded, when I tried to find out the reason for the delay the person who I was communicating with, Innocentia Sabela did not respond to my email. The 60 days passed with no refund or any form of communication from them. I sent an email again on the 9th of December still there was no response. I sent another email on the 13 Dec, that's only when Innocentia Sabela responded, telling me the money will be refunded on the 4th week of Dec
