Promise not kept

I lay byed stuff with cook 4 life and I told them to debit on the 20th of each month of which the initially did but later they just debited randomly and as a result, sometimes there wouldn't be sufficient funds,so the bank would penalize me for that. I called and asked them to debit on the 20th of each month but they continued to debit randomly. I therefore decided to cancel the whole order. They promised to reimburse se me but to date I've not heard from them. May they please reimburse me as soon as possible. Thank you.
