Poor service and communication.

I am disappointed at the unclear responses that I am getting from the consultants regarding my purchase. I finished paying for my order on the 30th of October and now we are a few days to the end of November yet I have not received any communication. All I get is that they will contact me once billed and this only came after I followed up. I feel they have lost their touch and it is disappointing. Communication is poor and services have become poor as well.
