No service with no credit

I'm really disappointed. Cook4life is eager to take their debits, but i didn't receive my order and now i ask for a refund. If you asked about delivery or the refund no reply. The rep that helped me to place the order takes forever to answer you or with no reply. This is so bad customer service. This is so disappointing for such a big company.

Can you believe this. Cook4life can credit my money, but i have to wait 60 days for the credit and i have to pay 1% of the amount for credit.
