Never buying from Cook 4 Life ever
I bought a 4 piece Makhulu cookware, waterless cookware set, 52pc dinner set and a double gas stove. Instead of water less cookware set they sent me a pressure cooker and MFC which was delivered 31 Dec 2015 when I was on holiday. I just got back from holidays only to out that what was delivered is not what am looking for. I called the call centre to have the goods exchanged only to be told that I should have returned the goods 7 days after delivery. Where is that written? How was I supposed to return the goods when I was not home? Cook 4 life rips off it's customers, why would I pay R8k for a pressure cooker. Appalled
