Items paid up in April , items still outstanding

My mother made an order to this guys finished paying in April 2018 items where supposed to be delivered to her in June she informed them that she will be out of the country during the time and nominated that they be delivered to her mother in-law's house , they refused saying they can only deliver to the actual customer she comes back to find her things where delivered to a random house with some of the items ordered missing she then travels 350 KM to and from to go to their nearest branch which is in Tzaneen Limpopo (21 September 2018) after having called the call center more than 5 times been told she will be called back or the line been dropped on her. She gets there to find the order was captured incorrectly she wanted a gas stove an a blender then she was told the gas stove is sold together with a kettle she then requested that she be given her money back for the outstanding items she was then advised to just add money for the kettle and this will be delivered once they are released from the warehouse which she did today its almost 3 moths still no delivery fulfillment
