<p>Your call centre agents are **********!! They know nothing about customer service and support. I initially received a call to say my delivery would be a month late as they had no stock but would give me a multiknife set for the trouble. At the promised month end, nothing came so I phoned to enquire but received the same excuse. My colleague then received her order after being rude to them. I called again to enquire how this was possible when they had no stock. A very rude female agent said they have no stock from March and blamed it on the courier company but how can it be their fault when there was no stock. I then requested to speak to her supervisor who could not assist with an answer. I then requested to speak to their manager, unfortunately same explanation. It's like they have set lines for customers but refuse to acknowledge the actual problem. This manager also said that he doesn't know how stock is allocated, that's stock departments job. Well if I ask you a question, do your Damon research before phoning me and proving yourself to be an absolute idiot! After insisting on my colleague's ref no, he agreed to call me back. Never happened. Today I miraculously received my order just over 3 months later with no alert as they initially promised at presentation. Oh and no sign of the gift for being 1 month late, leave alone it is now actually 3 months. Is anything you say true. I supported you only because I read about what you stand for, honesty, Christian values. This is utterly disappointing and frustrating. I wish I never involved myself with you guys. Never judge a book by it's cover...</p>
