I have a complaint sent to ccok for life about their former marketing guy by the Name of Sandile

I have a complaint sent to ccok for life about their former marketing guy by the Name of Sandile. The agreement with the person who phoned me was they are going to refund me November payment that I have made, and also cancel the order. They did the cancelation of the order but no refund until today. They are not to be trusted as they didn't keep the promises. They just sent me an sms to say Sandile is no longer with them. Which is ok but I still need my Refund because money was debited to company account
