DOUBLE DEBIT ORDER

i had placed a laybye order with the above mentioned company for my catering business. I then decided to cancel the order as there was a double debit order made on my account withing a period of one month. I contacted them to make them aware of the problem. They then said that I would receive the refunds within a period of 5-7 working of sending the email to confirm my reference number and other personal details (which I sent 25 March 2015).<br> <br> I sent a follow up email on 10 April 2015 to which there was a response that I would receive the money into my account in 4-6 working days.<br> <br> Since then, there has been no further contact and the emails I sent have been unanswered<br> <br> I am frustrated as I had two debit orders on my account from this company in one month and didn't even receive any of the things I had ordered.<br> <br> UNEFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE is really unacceptable, especially if someone is trying to get a business up and running.<br>
