Debit order notification without order confirmation Cook4life

I received a call from a cellphone yesterday the person said his name was Owen.he said I am being offered a 50%discount on certain items ,he struggled calculating the discounts and I asked to put pots sets for me and I will decide whether I am taking it or not once I received the confirmation call from their call centre using a landline possible in a week's time since they are still capturing last week's orders. He said I will be contacted to finalise and confirm my order unfortunately this morning I wake up to a debit order message notification that will debit between R419 to R660. The order was not confirmed with me and I feel this is unprofessional and I am withdrawing all the positive feedback I wrote since they are even worse than before.
