Debi check not approved

I declined the dibi check Mandate but they still took my money, their consultants came to our office to do the presentation, he begged us all to sign the forms and assured us that no money will be taken on our accounts without our approval, they still took it, now m trying to call them and their number said invalid, i want my money back.
