Cookforlife/Infinitec are ******** and ******

Cookforlife/Infinitec promised me my money back should i happen to lose my job. March I contacted them to inform them that my contract had been terminated, I recieved a call from a Nthabiseng, who said she will process my claim and i will get my money back after two months, which have come and gone, still no money. They are not replying to my emails now.
