Cook4Life...No Refund As Promised!!!

I stopped my Debit Order for purchases in October/November 2022 and I was told my refund would be end of January 2023. First and second week of January I called several times and I was told that the Call Centre agent who received my Request for refund did not process it, now they can only refund me end of March. I then lodged a complaint with a very helpful Lady by the name of Jacqueline. She even gave me a reference number for my complaint, WS***CR. Since then, I am struggling to get through and no one has called me back to confirm that I am indeed getting my refund end of January 2023. ***
