Cook4life taking money from my bank

Good day,

I have ordered cook4life products R13 499 and I had to cancel the order due to personal reasons. I did send the email of cancellation a month before they can start deducting from my *** did not respond to the email yet they debited, I have read the cancellation rule and the order was indeed cancelled a month before.

I want my money back because the deducted first installment of R400 and due to no feedback from them it seems like they are going to continue debiting .
