Cook4life Service/Product Failure

I have bought the cook4life set in 2020, which I have only 8 piece pot set the 8in1 cooker,makulu pot and the utensil set that was send months after we enquired about not receiving the full order. Products we did not receive was the watches and the gas stove. The ceramic in the pots have vanished with each wash and burns the food now both 8in1 cooker and makulu pot is not working. I have tried to get in contact with cook4life but have not receive any feedback regarding our enquiry/complaint. Isn't these pots suppose to last you a life time? I am very disappointed in the service received
